With school closures looking likely, we have produced weekly packs of maths activities/worksheets for Years 1 - 6 that teachers and parents can access free of charge so that they can support children while they are at home.
We have selected six sets for each pack from our large collection of high quality resources, with each pack concentrating on a particular area of maths. A pack will have approximately a week’s work.
To make it as easy as possible, these can be accessed with any account, including a free trial, even if it has expired. Simply login and click on the ‘Maths Worksheets’ tab along the top of the screen and then select ‘Free Home Study Packs’.
New users can access these resources by signing up for a free trial account, no payment details are necessary.
Please spread the word about this to other teachers and parents so that they can access these resources too. You can forward this email to a friend or share it below:

We hope this helps in the difficult times ahead.

Other recommendations

We wanted to get in touch following the government’s announcement that schools across the UK will be closing from tomorrow as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. This will be a time of great upheaval and uncertainty, and it’s vital that we all do whatever we can to help.

Many children do not currently have access to educational software at home, and this will be particularly important for learners who usually benefit from additional reading and writing support when at school.

Therefore, Crick Software would like to offer every school free access for their pupils and teachers to use on their home devices. Choose from:

Clicker for primary schools – works on iPad, Chromebook, Windows & Mac.

DocsPlus for secondary schools – works on Chromebook, Windows & Mac.

A Virtual Tour of Buckingham Palace!

Developed in collaboration with Google Expeditions, the virtual tour offers you the chance to explore the Palace’s magnificent State Rooms – which you can poke about as takes your fancy, with 360-degree viewing ability – and learn more from an expert curator about the treasures from the Royal Collection that furnish each room.
Collage Portrait World Record Attempt!
The Creation Station’s Creative Face is an official Guinness World Record attempt to create the largest online gallery of collaged portraits. The record attempt is to have 50,000+ collaged portraits on the www.ourcreativeface.com  online gallery over the next few months. Once the record is made, everyone who uploads one or more portraits will receive an official Guinness World Record certificate. Get involved by making your own collage portraits, either a self-portrait, your pet, your idol or favourite character. To comply with the guidelines for the record attempt, the whole of the paper must be collaged and no paint can be used. Share your artwork with #OurCreativeface and tag three friends to inspire them to get creative.
